This structure mandates the involvement of at least two officials for each content update, clearly defining responsibilities as follows:

  1. Contributor: Responsible for creating, and submitting content for review. Contributors are assigned based on the respective sections of the website.
  2. Moderator/Approver: Reviews, validates, and authorizes content for publication. This role is primarily managed by the Corporate Communications (Corp Com) team or the designated authority.
