Notice for Board Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on  Friday, 29th January 2010 to interalia consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December 2009 .
